Return & Refund


If you are unsatisfied with your products from Popumic Technology LLC (Popumic). For any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met and noted:

1. The products have to be proved that it was bought from our official webstore;

2. Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and in original packaging.

3. Popumic might not bear the shipment cost for return back. Please confirm with us in ahead for the shipment details.

4. Once the product required for refund & return, that product will no longer qualify for any other guarantee or warranty.

Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard or Paypal and only in US dollars.


Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Popumic determines that:

(1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person, including the limitations and/or disqualifying actions expressed in the Populife 1-Year Limited Warranty.

If you return Product Popumic (a) without all parts included in the original package or (b) with damaged parts; Popumic retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Popumic receipt and verification of return product.
